Important Director Update

First Presbyterian School Parents,

I need to inform you of the resignation of Leslie Hickox as the director of FPS, as of Wednesday, June 13.  As president of the board of directors, I accepted her resignation. Following this resignation, the board decided to extended an offer to Lanie Denner-Pitts to serve as Director of First Presbyterian School.  Lanie has served FPS for many years and has shown excellent leadership, commitment and knowledge in her role as teacher and assistant director.  Lanie has graciously accepted the offer.

I’d ask for patience and understanding as we make this transition. Please communicate any concerns or questions to Lanie or to myself. As Lanie formally steps into this role, she will begin the search for an assistant director immediately and we will update you on that position when it is filled.
